注意事項
歓天喜地シェアハウスは、もともと宿泊業として建てられた施設ではありません。個人が所有する私邸であり、オーナーが好意で2部屋を提供している形です。 そのためオーナーは入居者を選ぶ権利を保持し、入居者に重大な過失があった場合には、最長2か月以内の退去を求めることがあります。
オーナーは近隣の別宅に住んでいますが、倉庫の収納スペースや庭の手入れ・菜園作業のため、必要に応じてシェアハウスに立ち入ります。また、オーナーは知人を招いて食事や数泊の滞在を1階部分で行うことがあります（年に2〜3回程度）。 その際は、2階の入居者に過度な迷惑がかからないよう配慮します。
お願いとご案内
電気・ガス・水道・インターネット（光回線）はすべて家賃に含まれています。 ただし、特に夏冬のエアコン使用については過度な利用を避け、節度ある使用をお願いします。 電気代は使いすぎると急激に高騰します。
敷地内には大きな菜園があります。オーナーの栽培を手伝っていただければ、採れたて野菜をお分けします。
ルール
室内は完全禁煙です。 伝統的な木造建築で火災リスクが高いため、禁煙へのご協力をお願いいたします。
和田町は夜とても静かな集落で、歓天喜地も古い伝統家屋のため、
壁や窓が厚くありません。 過度に神経質になる必要はありませんが、夜10時以降の大きな音は控えてください。 近隣住民と他の入居者の快適な生活のためのお願いです。

RENT
Prices: ￥60,000 / month & room
＋ one month worth of deposit (returned at the end of the stay)
2 parking lots are available for ￥3000 each per month.
Payment to be made before the month of rental begins, by bank transfer preferably.
NOTE
Kantenkichi Share House was not built to be an accommodation business. It's a private house, owned by a private person, who wishes to offer 2 rooms for accommodation. As such, the owner retains the right to choose the tenant and, if judged necessary following grave fault by the latter, to order them to leave, within a maximum period of 2 months.
The owner, who lives in a different house nearby, will also enter at will, the share house in order to access the storage space in the storehouses, and the garden for maintenance, gardening, or vegetable cultivation. The owner also retains the right to invite acquaintances for meals and overstays for a few nights on the ground floor. In general, these invitations only happen 2 or 3 times a year, during which the owner will make sure not to cause nuisance beyond the reasonable to the residents on the 2nd floor.
REQUESTS & INVITATION
Utilities such as electricity, gas, water and Internet (fibre optic) are all included in the room rent, but we ask you to remain vigilant and reasonable in their use, especially the use of air conditioning during winter and summer, as electricity cost can quickly rise due to overuse.
As you will see, there is a large vegetable garden on the premises. You are more than welcome to help the owner cultivate it, in exchange of fresh vegetables for your own consumption.
RULES
No smoking at any time inside the house. It is a traditional house made mostly of wood and fires are a real risk.
As you will see it is a quiet hamlet, especially at night, and Kantenkichi being an old traditional house, the windows and walls of the rooms are not thick. Although there is no need to be overly nervous about this, we ask you to refrain from making excessive noise past 10PM, for the comfort of both the neighbours and the other share house residents.
Other similar rules are all specified in the House Rules document you will be asked to sign along with the Lease Agreement, should you decide to live with us.
